No technology in the bedroom (she says as she writes this blog post from bed) - seriously though, having a break from technology and social media is important and something I don’t do often enough
Get enough sleep - I’m someone who’d be happy if she could get 9-10 hours of sleep per night; while this may not always be realistic, it’s an easy way to take better care of yourself!
Workout consistently - my workout consistency has historically come and gone in waves and is something that I want to get better at
Read a book each month - sometimes I just want to take a break from social media and find myself a quiet corner somewhere to curl up with a good book
Put myself first - life gets in the way all the time, but putting your well-being at the top of the list of ‘to-do’s’ is majorly important, and something I’m continuing to work on
